| Badge Access | Saturday Move-In: All exhibitors and contractors must enter the facility through the Loading Docks. All individuals will be required to provide a government ID to register with the Convention Center. Sunday - Tuesday Move-In: All individuals with official TRE Exhibitor badges must pick up their badge at Registration in the Lobby and may then enter via the Hall 3 entrance. Any contractors or labor without official TRE Badges must access via the Loading Docks. |

Excessive Trash:
All materials must be removed from your booth by the end of the event. Any items remaining after move-out will be classified as trash and disposed of accordingly. Excessive trash left behind during exhibitor move-out will be disposed of at the exhibitor's expense. Both a handling fee and a disposal fee will be charged. This includes display materials, carpets, padding, crates and pallets. |
